Solitaire Soviet Game: Rules and Mechanics
Objective:
- Clear the entire board by removing all cards in pairs of the same rank (e.g., two Kings, two 7s, etc.).
Key Components:
- The Board: A pre-set layout of face-up cards, typically in a pyramid or other geometric shape (different for each of the 50 levels). Not all cards are initially available for play; some are “blocked” by being covered by others in this unique Soviet solitaire.
- The Deck: The remaining cards after the board is laid out are placed face-down as a draw deck.
- The Joker: A special card that appears randomly from the deck. It can pair with any other card to be removed.
